They just keep coming!

Nowhere

I’m going nowhere and I’m taking you.
I’m going nowhere and I’d like for you to drive.
I’m going nowhere, but I think you knew,
I’m going nowhere without you.

This road has been long, and some turns have been wrong,
But the journey’s been worth it with you.
Now the pavement’s ended, can’t see the road ahead.
Time to choose if you’re riding on with me,
Or staying here, instead.

You’re a handsome one, some girl’d give you a ride.
But eight years of asphalt behind us
Should be worth at least one more try.
So come on, and have a little faith in me.
We’ve traveled this far together.
Can’t promise it won’t be rough,
Don’t know when the road will get better.

I’m going nowhere and I’m taking you.
I’m going nowhere and I’d like for you to drive.
I’m going nowhere, but I think you knew,
I’m going nowhere without you.

Go on, and throw your bags in,
‘Cause we’re never coming back.
We’ll drive on ‘til morning,
Then see where we are at.
When we make it through this night,
The road will look clearer in the light.
We’ll remember where we’re going,
And why this journey’s worth a fight.

I’m going nowhere and I’m taking you.
I’m going nowhere and I’d like for you to drive.
I’m going nowhere, but I think you knew,
I’m going nowhere without you.

I’m going nowhere, nowhere without you.
