Catching up
Been doing a lot of reading but not a lot of posting, some replies to my flist though.
Sorry. I have been picking up hours from another employee at my work who has been sick so I have been running all over town. Plus one of the clients I work with is at college now and needs a lot of support there. Makes me miss being a college student. Pity I cannot go for free (Board of Governor's Fee Waiver) because I have a BA already. (sigh).
Regardless, I'll try to make an attempt to post more. I have been SCA'ing a bit more, vending a lot at Thursday Nights on the Square, and just running running running. I have PT for my heel three days a week right now, and we are gearing up for AV Pagan Pride and vending at other PPD events locally. Oh, and my oldest son left for college. He did come home to watch the doggies for us over this weekend, we went camping in Victorville for Highland War. Hot but a NICE SITE, GRASS!! OOH baby. No dust and schmootz on everything. Oh and I made a lot of money. Yay.
Well I'm sitting here at a breakfast place posting from their wi-fi so I need to go off to work now.
Oh one last thing; my job ends at the end of Sept as the company is closing up shop. I met with another company who is taking over some of the clients and it appears they may hire me. Today I work, Interfaith Council meeting, Heritage Picnic on Saturday, LA Pagan Pride on Sunday.. busy busy. Oh and I'm now a brown card holder so I can go into the prison to meet with Wiccan and Asatru worship groups. Yeah, busy.
