Amazon Prime my @$$
Yeah I coughed up the money for it. Again they have jammed an order with an old CC number that I have deleted. So here I have some books I want in two days (because that's when they come out) and I can't get it to let me change my Credit Card number for the order. Usually I can call and talk to a human. Well I'm sitting on hold at 11:16pm at night and so far 'please continue to hold' is ringing in my ear.
So, let's update what happened. Went to Crown Tournament, I didn't get to go in the auditorium though, I wish I had, but my feet were hurting so I stayed put in the vending area. Did see a bunch of folk and got to have some really yummy feast. We were simply worn out when we got home. Then, got up early, dh took some mead over to their excellencies to give to the new King and Queen of Caid, and then I got up and showered and went off to Target for a shower gift. Then I came home to a conference call. Spent the afternoon after that reading email, and doing some lucet work to make a cord for a future third degree in my coven. It's nearly done. Also watched Lois and Clark with my son who had brought his laptop into the living room to watch tv. We actually sort of talked. My daughter hid. My husband worked on sprinklers and sawing some altar stones.
Oh and our mouse made another appearance. It seems to be clever enough to avoid the traps, or eat the peanut butter cup off without springing it.
I'm just about (gasp) ready to get a cat that can catch mice. I've HAD IT. NO MORE MICE IN MY HOUSE!
Dogs are useless for this, they simply ignore the mouse. *sigh*
