Good day today. I slammed out tons of stuff at Mom's house today. Got all of the rebuild/prep work on the utility room done, so it's ready to paint. I got most of the repairs done on the adjoining family room done as well. There are only two holes in the wall that need to be patched and possibly go over the repaired crack in the ceiling one more time with mud. Removed an ivy that was growing next to the house as well. Tomorrow, I'll finish off the repair work on the family room. Every thing should be painted by tuesday latest. Good stuff.
Mom and my brother Dennis painted trim on the house which was left over from last year. Now if Mom would admit her limits before she hurt herself, I'd be happier.
Another positive note: Looks like my aunt will be fine. Now if SHE would just take better care of herself...Note the similarity between her and my Mom. Sisters, oy vey!
So now Steve and I will terrorize the Cthulhu group. Hopefully this will be a very good game because I won't be helping to run it directly any more. With my up coming work all I can do is help him with scenario ideas. Bummer.
Promises to be an insanely busy week this next week. O_o
