I was watching a Lifetime movie-thing earlier while I was eating lunch and I swear to god the writing for the thing (show? Movie? hell if I know) made me roll my eyes so hard it hurt. No lie.

Total facepalm. Really, Lifetime? Really?

From lifetime? Personally I'm not suprised. That seems to be their MO for that channel, but maybe it's just me...

No, I think you're right. I just caught a trailer for a lifetime movie - they've remade Steel Magnolias. It wouldn't have been so bad, if they'd...I don't know...actually re-made it? And not just had a totally different cast re-act the movie line by - literal - line.
