*victory arms* Getting a recommendation from a recommendation in order to get people out to us ASAP meant I got a guy that didn't mind if I trailed after him asking questions, uncovering a multiple failure in our circuits and what could have led to a nasty electrical fire, if we hadn't caught it with this shit storm. So! Silver linings in all things, I suppose.
