I went to work today!
I look after 3 elderly, disabled people. One couple and a single lady. My single lady is very demanding of everyones attention and is quite clever at getting it when it is not forthcoming.
Today my single lady ran away.
At least she tries. She walks with a frame and has a caliper on her leg. When I caught up with her, she was leggin' it down the road at 5 foot/hour and had made it to the bus stop 6 houses down.
I have to say the image of 'my single lady' racing down the road at breakneck speeds makes me smile.
