Big Show Stuff
I trying for Junior Class President. I really do think I could make a difference. I just know that elections so far have been more of a popularity contest than a test of skill though, so I'm sort of hesitant. I just hope Nina doesn't run for President. Would you vote for me?
Speaking of popularity contests, The Really Big Show rehearsal was awful today. *In Secret Garden snobby, whiny, British Colin voice* I HATE IT! I HATE IT ALL!!!
I mean, the show was alright. Tara, you looked very pretty and Sarah Shelton surprised me with how talented she is in everything. The only thing that really frustrates me is being in this situation where there's like no people I really no or talk to. I mean, the only other sophomore was Nina and well, I don't talk to most of the upperclassmen. I can get along with Anna Marie; she's really nice most of the time and she's really, really smart and awesomely talented. I don't sit next to her though, I sit next to Jeff. Jeff takes up more space than a truck, and he's really annoying about it... "Scoot over"... "Can't you move any further away?"... "What do you mean there's a huge block thing in the way, put you're chair on top of it!"... Ok, so that last one wasn't a direct quote, but seriously, that's how it is with him. Plus, he's always acting like he's the greatest cellist ever and the only other cellist that could ever be close enough to play with would be Anna Marie. But that doesn't really count, since everyone knows she's crazy talented. Anyways, so I have Jeff on one side, then on the other side I have Mel. I don't mind Mel, but it seems like even when I smile in her direction she gives me a dirty look. Then, behind me is Nina, being all bitchy about everything... she just completely hates me even though I don't know her well enough to hate her back, which is completely unfair... and so yeah. I hate it. And the whole time I couldn't stop thinking about English, English, English... which by the way, I have been working on. And will be getting back to...
