Well having a personal goal seems to be helping. I've run regularly the last 2 weeks, upping my time slowly. I've also been eating a lot better, lots of raw fruits and veg, cut way down on my fat and sodium. So as a result I've also lost a little weight. Planning the trip and all the things that go along with it has really kept me motivated. As a bonus I get to shame my husband into running as well. I want us to both be in decent shape before we try and run this. Stuff has been looking up at work as well. A major issue that I was having with my boss seems to have worked itself out (thanks to big boss) and there are some exciting possibilities on the horizon. Now if only I can keep this going...
