~"You're such a grandpa!"
~Pillar painting is going well, I think, for those of you who haven't been showing up (Nyehhh!). It's really fun, actually. I think our little senior calendar from Ms. B/Marble says Saturday the 8th of April was the last day to paint pillars, but anyone with half an eyeball can see there's no way that's possible ;) .
~I'll try to post pictures if I can. I forgot to bring my digital camera yesterday, actually, but as a synopsis, I believe the current finished status of the pillars goes as follows:
(In alphabetical order)
· Creative Writing: 65%
· Dance: 90%-95%
· Math/Science: 100%
· Music: 85%
· Theatre: 15%
· Visual Arts: 5%
~It will take, at the least, another day to finish the pillars, if not two. That is, also assuming that a decent number of people come to help. It's been going more or less steadily, but every extra hand makes it that much faster. So far, they're looking good, I think.
