Westin Hotel - Host Hotel - Room Space Available
UPDATE: As of 8/27/17 I'm still looking for two more. Bed is still available for a couple. Or if your a party of 1 you can pay double for the bed. If this post is still up then I'm still looking.
I have two or three spaces available at the Westin Host hotel available. It's a Kings room reservation meaning 1 bed only. A total of 4 or 5 who'll occupy the room. I'm at two males right now - my friend and I in our early 30s. Bed is still available. We'd prefer a couple take the bed or at least two people in the bed so there's more space on the floor for the rest of us. This will be my 9th Dragon as an attendee and my friend is a long-time volunteer. At least three of the roommates will be sleeping on the floor if we can find two others who want the bed.
Check in Thursday, August 31 to Monday, Sept. 4.
Cost: 285 USD each w/ 4 people; or 228 USD each w/ 5 people
This will be a quiet room. Coed friendly. A no partying type of room. Quiet coming into the room at night and likewise leaving the room in the morning while the others are asleep. I don't care what time you come back to the room at - just be quiet about it coming in please. Please be hygienic, somewhat sociable, not a creeper, shower daily, don't touch other roommates' belongings, and don't be an asshole. We prefer non-smokers. No drugs. Alcohol is fine. I'm a light sleeper and have a preference for people who do not snore loudly.
My friend and I are residents of Georgia and are heavily involved as volunteers in the Atlanta convention scene and community outside of Dragon*con.
