Publix Question
This year I was thinking of making a run to the Publix grocery store on Piedemont Thursday after my flight gets in to stock up for my D*C diet (booze and junk food), and just had a question for locals about the safety of it. If I walk to it during the early evening (probably 5-7pmish, definitely before dark) going straight up Piedomont from the Hilton, do you think I'd have any problems with annoying/creepy/dangerous people? I'm a white female in my early 20s, but super tall and used to sort of big cities if that matters at all. I just want to know whether I should wait until my friend gets in and try to drag him along, or if I should be fine going solo. I also know it's a bit of walk, but looks doable on google and I'm used to walking anyways. Thanks so much!
