"Legend of the Seeker" is a fantasy TV show, based on author Terry Goodkind's "Sword of Truth" book series. Produced by Disney-ABC, the show currently airs in syndication. With little to no promotion, and an erratic airing schedule, the show has averaged 2.5 million viewers weekly, plus boasts a rapidly growing international fanbase. This is the plan for the party:
- Free food and beverage, provided by the hospitality suite! This includes ice cream and beverages, as well as Seeker-themed yummies like Spice Soup and more!
- Door prize giveaways: Richard's necklace, 'Legend of the Seeker' soundtrack (iTunes redemption code) by Emmy Award Winner Joseph LoDuca.
- Giveaways: iTunes cards with Season 1 premiere episodes "Prophecy" & "Destiny," courtesy of fan donations!
- "Sword of Truth" Exhibit with Fan Art Posters inspired by Terry Goodkind's book series.
- Videos to play during the party.
If you cannot make it to the consuite party and would still like to get the two-hour series premiere for FREE, there will be postcards available outside the registration room, at the freebies table (Sheraton). Starting Friday (sorry, I doubt I'll be able to get them there in time for pre-registration on Thursday) and while supplies last!
