Well, I'm pretty sure he was party of the Steampunk group, so you may want to ask the folks at Outland Armor.

Actually the steam punk group just sorta found him wandering about. Someone already asked about him and that was what they said.

i think that is Cartagia of The Goblin King Fine weapons and Armor shop at Texas Renn Fair also known as William

however i did not get to go to dragon con this year and so i am not sure but i will ask when i see him next month

Yeah, he's the Goblin King from Goblin King Forge. Met him last year - a very consumate BS artist, which isn't a bad thing. Just a marvel to watch him do his thing.

On the ex-brother-in-law thing, would that be the woman he was married to last year or someone earlier? Reason why I'm asking is that last year when he was being interviewed he went on about how he met his wife and waxed poetic about finding love and romance. Again, a great BS artist is always fun to watch. :-)
