one of the cell leaders gave me a heads up today. Turns out Mikey (supervisor) may be talking to me about being too social. Ok, since in my last review I was told to be more social I'm confused. But I understand what he caught me on. I've been in Dawn's office twice talking w/ her and I don't really have a reason to be in there or even to speak to her. First conversation was trying to get her help so I don't get ripped off on Ebay and the second time concerned showing off my nephew. In total these conversation probably came to 15 minutes. On company time ok I understand. But what about the 3 hours I was told to clean because there was no work for me to do? well, 12 bikes came in today so I don't think I'll have that problem anymore...
