The pressure in his belly was delicious. To support himself, he’d put both hands on the bed. He twitched his hips a little, enjoying Varric’s stuttering keening noises. Bull watched him, head drooping low between his shoulders. Varric touched himself with rough strokes; his body became ever tighter and his chest heaved with deep breaths. Bull’s own orgasm came as a response, an irresistable pull of the strong scent, the low moans of pleasure, the sudden pressure on his cock.
He wished he could’ve kissed him, but the dwarf was facing his barrel chest. Bull could see him twisting his head to peer up. Laughter shook him and had Varric squirming in response even as he grinned as well.

Bull did and leaned back against the stone headboard. The swelling would need a bit to subside, but the frustration had drained out of Varric. “Didn’t see the cuddling coming from you, I have to admit,” Varric said after a while.
“I can go a lot harder than I did,” Bull said with a grin, blunt fingernails trailing up Varric’s back. “But I never skip the hugs. Bad form to fuck someone and discard them in the corner of the bed like an old rag.”
“That’s more common courtesy than many show.”
“You must’ve had some really shitty Alphas.”
“Nah. Not more than most, I’d guess. I just don’t take kindly to being bossed around by people who’s only qualification is that they happen to be built a certain way. I get snarky, they get pissed... I just gave up on it at some point.” Varric shrugged. “Besides, I had a good alpha once. Spoiled me.”
Bull would have bet money on the fact that the elusive Bianca left him with deeper wounds than high standards. He had all the marks of an Omega who’d been unceremoniously dropped like a spoiled fruit, the way he’d struggled to let go. No need to ruin the moment by digging too deep, though.
“Which category do I go in?” He asked, knowing the answer from the way Varric was idly stroking his wrist with his thumb and made no attempts to get away from him, despite the fact that he was soft now.
“I guess you’re alright,” Varric said with a shit-eating grin.
“Hey,” Bull said in a warning tone, willingly raising to the bait, “wasn’t it you who cursed every Paragon from here to the last darkspawn-filled thaig just a few minutes ago? That’s not a reaction to just alright.”
“All the heat’s fault,” Varric joked.
“If you want me to go big bad Alpha on you, just go on, dwarf.”
Varric laughed, but he looked up at him with surprise. “You plan to stay?” He asked. “I still have a whole day of heat left. It’s not gonna be smooth sailing from here.”
“Well,” Bull shook his head, “sure, it’s a chore to have a handsome dwarf pleading for my cock every couple of hours, but I’m a people person. I’ll take one for the team.”
“You’re a real hero, Tiny.”
