My baby car. (miata)
Not being able to be at the computer any time I have thoughts that should be added I have been writing some of them down on paper and will be adding them latter so the dates for the entries will be out of order.
On the 10th (after not having any contact for 4 months)Julie came and took the Miata from me. we never got around to putting the miata in my name and the crown vic in hers. With her name on the miata the Police couldn't do any thing about her taking it so my son's girlfriend and I spent a large part of sat driving around anchorage looking for my car. Julie had moved and no longer had the same phone number so I called a few of the people we both know but that was no real help. all I found out from them was Julie was no longer working. Decided julie and heather mostly likely was staying at Heather's mom. Only remembering the general area where she lived, I droved up and down all the streets in the area until we found the Miata.
Spent most of easter sunday at the courthouse in anchorage getting a restraining order on Juie so she couldn't take the miata back, I didn't have to worry about being pulled over in a stolen car (Julie had told the police that it was stolen) and so I did have to worry about her coming over and hurting my property, me or my kids. while the me and the kids wasn't to much of a concern. I never thought she would steal the miata from me. She bought the car for me as a gift.
any way we finally talked and the miata is in my name, I have dropped the order against her and said I wouldn't press charges against her for signing my name when she sold the crown vic. We will see what happens from here.
