So, um, who else is swamped with stuff?
There's a Heart and Stroke Foundation thingy that I'm applying for that is killing me as the amount of stuff it requires is insane. TWO ESSAYS. HANDWRITTEN. ON BLANK, NON-LINED PAPER. Good and holy world, I ask you, WHY? I don't even know if I'll get in seeing as my math mark's been fluctuating like a company's stock market and my bio mark is pretty much borderline as well.
Also, anyone on my flist that is taking/has taken/knows someone who is taking or has taken the Biology AP exam? I have mine on May 12 and the only thing I've heard about it so far is "HA HA THAT THING WAS BRUTAL. HAVE FUN DYING, CHUMP." Which isn't... exactly the most uplifting thing.
Dorky English geek wise, we're reading "The Rape of the Lock" right now for Lit, and it's probably the most amusing thing I've read in a long, long time. EPIC CARD GAMES. IMMORTALIZING A LOCK OF HAIR. DYING BECAUSE OF A FROWN. If you haven't gotten a chance to read it yet, I highly, highly recommend it.
Anywho, off to watch the first episode of xxxHOLiC Kei instead of doing my physic's lab! Yay!
