This will be the first summer that I will be taking more than one class, but they're at slightly different times, so it won't be a full semester load or anything:

And in which one will you accept a B?
It is a fact of life that there are compromises. Does a B hurt your future scholarship chances or your ego? If it is scholarship, then when the grade decreases, you drop the class so your GPA is not affected. If it is your ego, then you have other things about which to think.
1. One prof's B is another's A
2. Did you learn something in the class? Was it enough for a B?
3. Maybe the occasional B or (horrors!) a BC might be a good thing to remind you that while you are perfect just the way you are, maybe sometimes you are like the rest of us mortals-capable of allowing life in intervene in the pursuit of a grade for a grade's sake.
Life is a constant trade-off for what we want and need to do. This is a taste of having so much to do, and a certain amount of time that something must give. Maybe the B is ok, because the conversation and fellowship in the coffeeshop when you could have been studying will do more for your soul than remembering a square root-after all, you are not building the shuttle. All life is tradeoffs-I am living that myself with the new addition to my family-how to make the most people the least unhappy and still manage to get some things done for just me (oh, and fit in time for work).
Anyway, a long rant for my $.02
