So.... does anyone know if a book that is on amazon.com.uk can be sent to the US? Movies in 15 Minutes (which I have delayed purchasing for far too long) is not on amazon.com (the us version).
Ach.
Also, I got the part for the Sound of Music pit. First rehearsal yesterday, and it went pretty well, considering everyone was practically sightreading. There are a few people from the university that I know... and my clarinet teacher (who was the one that recommended me).
Since the books came way late, we had this one rehearsal - then all next week is dress rehearsal 7-10.... and shows on that Fri, Sat and Sun, as well as the weekend after that. The evening shows are 7:00, and there are two matinees on the weekend days at 2:00. Despite having next to no time to put this together... this pit feels fairly confident, so we'll see how things turn out. Plus, the extra $220.00 to go towards harp payments isn't too shabby either.
