Admiral Manfred von Karma, I do believe we must speak.
It is urgent matter, sir...one dealing with the the insubordinate actions of one of our young Majors.
Major Zechs Marquise did not seem quite himself today but I never would have assumed that a young solider would actually take swing at his superior officer.
I have heard rumors about such insubordination upon the Victoria II in the past but I never thought such problems would still exist now, sir.
