Ok
So right now I'm waiting for Mom to get to school to pick me up; she took the car home earlier. Then, if we have time, we're going to run down to Platte Valley Bank and see about their first time home buyers loans. Both Mom and I have been looking through the paper and have seen quite a few for what we think I'll qualify for. Of course it doesn't hurt that I have Mom as a guarenteed renter but I'm thinking if this one place we looked at ends up being what we get or the couple others like it where there are two houses on one piece of property then I'll just have her share a house and rent from me and then rent out the other one for added income. I haven't completelu decided anything yet except that I would much rather be in a house I own where I don't have to feel guilty about the cats and dogs because the landlords are great people. Hopefully everything will go well on that front and the next time I post, since I post so rarely, I'll have some good news.
Anyway Mia's shower went well I think and I was just happy to back in that land of water and trees. Can't wait for the summer, still need to finda job but that shouldn't be too hard. Will post more later. :P
