(no subject)
Sooooo...
The points went out on our pump (the kind that supplies the water to the whole property) in the middle of my shower just as I finished lathering enough shampoo that I could have suds!'hawked myself.... THe result made me feel much more white trash than I'm comfortable with. :/
Let's just say we apparently own no jugs of water, but do have old (rinsed) milk jugs and a pool. I'll let your mind fill in the rest.
The worst part is, this is not the first time this has happened, with the same results.
The second worst part is that I haven't gotten my MagLight fixed, nor does the front porch light (were it too functional) shine that far. So everything was done by the light of my cell, which I had to keep touching to keep it lit.
In good news, my Marvel comics check books came today! Woot, I can pay rent and aftercare for Luke!
