Holy --- Unknown Entity Batman!
I went to the doctor yesterday (thank goodness for tax checks because two days off sick + no insurance? Yeow!) for my mysterious illness that WOULD. NOT. LEAVE. Got the inconclusive diagnosis that its NOT strep, there's nothing in my lungs, its probably a sinus infection.
MIGHT be a virus.
BUT antibiotics just in case, especially because my head was about to explode, my fever wouldn't stay down AND I have water on my ear, which can lead to ear infections, but hasn't yet.
So, no real diagnosis. But hey, the meds seem to be helping, so something went right!
Luke's new adorable phrase? After I tell him something, or I confirm something for him: "Oh. Oh yes. That's right." Smarty pants.
Luke's not-so-cute phrase that he hasn't uttered since trying it out for size Saturday? "Stupid Mommy!" I told him if he was going to talk like that, he could go straight to his room and stay there for awhile.
Being the sweet-at-heart boy he is, he immediately realized he'd entered the zone of Mommy Ain't Playin' and apologized, telling me that he wouldn't say bad words no more!
(I'm guessing he heard someone say it at school and wanted to see if my take on it was the same as the teachers'. I assume it was. ;D )
