Ok so this one tickled my sense of humour.
Today Alistair Darling publishe the budget.
David Cameron's first response (and this is the bit that I saw live on BBC parliament) was talking about how all of the innovations and ideas in the budget are recycled ideas stolen from the conservatives. A fair enough claim as many of the policies did sound incredibly familiar.
Later on the news I heard a statement from David Cameron describing how terrible the budget was and how it was going to push Britain into a state of financial ruin.
In short dear Mr Cameron said that the country will be pushed into a state of financial ruin through the enactment of his party's policies and this is why we should vote for him. Something about that message just doesn't seem quite right.
