Cimorene is Not Happy. There are really no words for how Not Happy Cimorene is at present, and she really wants to be far away from all the Arthurians. Even Percy, much as she loves him, will probably just try to ease her to calmness, and she doesn't want easing right now

Typist: Have Agravaine and Cimorene met?? I'm so failing at who has met who. ^_^;; Because he has not yet found out about Mordred's being dead, and I figure if he hasn't met her yet, it would be just as well to kill two birds with one, ahem, stone, right? and if he has, then, at least if he hears Mordred's dead it may distract him from hitting on an engaged girl.

T: They have, once - ironically, he was throwing rocks in the lake, last time. He got mad at her for skipping them better than he did not being a very good princess, but they sort of oddly got along. Heh. Have at.

T: Oh, yes! I remember now. :D

"Aren't they supposed to skip more than just once?" Agravaine has come upon Cimorene remarkably quietly, and is now standing just a ways behind her on the edge of the water.

[dragon_dealer]

"I'm not skipping them, I'm throwing them. You were good at that, as I recall." She doesn't turn around.

He picks up a stone from the grass and toys with it in his hand. "I had a reason for it, at least."

[dragon_dealer]

"What makes you think I don't?" She gets a very good distance on this one. It sinks with a loud plop.

[sir_agravaiting]

"What's your reason, then?" He comes right to the edge of the water and throws the stone in his hand. He has a good arm, but is still further back from her.

[dragon_dealer]

"Look, I know I'm not family, but you lot are going to have to get through your heads sometimes that other people care about you all, even if we're not related," she says a bit hotly.

[sir_agravaiting]

Agravaine is silent for a few seconds, his face, if she were to turn and see it, the very picture of surprise. "Don't know what the hell you're talking about," he says finally.

[dragon_dealer]

She does turn and look, and then laughs a bit shakily. "No... apparently not. Damnation."

[sir_agravaiting]

He frowns. "What's this? What's going on? What's my nuisance of a family got to do with anything?"

[dragon_dealer]

"I suppose you've noticed that your mother's arrived, and Gaheris disappeared." She looks at him. "But I'm quickly gathering you don't know what's happened to Mordred."

[sir_agravaiting]

"I know Gaheris is gone," shortly. "What's Mordred done now? Gone after Gaheris and gotten himself beat up by the runt, has he?"

[dragon_dealer]

Quietly but not at all softly: "He's dead, Agravaine."

[sir_agravaiting]

There is a moment's silence, a blankness, before his eyes darken. "Who killed him?"

[dragon_dealer]

"I don't know yet." She throwed another rock. "But that's not surprising, since I'm not family, so I clearly could have no wish to help you rip the whoreson in half."
