Semi-open post (mostly for Zjendjan, if he's about)

Cimorene is Not Happy. There are really no words for how Not Happy Cimorene is at present, and she really wants to be far away from all the Arthurians. Even Percy, much as she loves him, will probably just try to ease her to calmness, and she doesn't want easing right now

Zjendjan isn't looking for her. He's just out walking for no reason when he hears her and the splashes. He comes up behind her. "Hey."

[dragon_dealer]

"Oh. Hey," she says, managing a flicker of a very half hearted smile. "I haven't seen you around in awhile."

[zjendjan]

"Yeah. I've been uh... busy."

[dragon_dealer]

"Yeah?" She throws another rock. "How's that going for you?"

[zjendjan]

"Yeah. I guess so."

[dragon_dealer]

"Good. You ever find out what that golden pig was for?"

[zjendjan]

"Not yet. But I'm wokin on it." He picks up a rock to chuck in after her.

[dragon_dealer]

She throws the next one hard enough he might be worried about her wrenching her arm, though she doesn't seem to care.

[zjendjan]

"are you alright?"

[dragon_dealer]

"I'm fine. My friend is dead, his family's too busy with each other for me to know why, my other friend is missing and no one knows where he's gone and I'm only half sure I've done right by saying I'll marry a man who loves me but will never be a full husband and, oh, people from his home keep showing up and I haven't seen a single person from home I care about in nigh-on half a year." She exhales, hard, and throws a rock at the water as if she was actively trying to injure it, the set of her jaw stubborn.

Zjen tries to take all of that in. "Who died? Who's missing? And... who are you marrying?"

[dragon_dealer]

"Mordred." She throws a rock. "Gaheris." Another rock. "And Peredur. In that order." She sinks down into a crouch, letting out a long breath.

[zjendjan]

"Oh. Why?"

[dragon_dealer]

She laughs, quietly. "Why what?"

[zjendjan]

"Why did the one die and the other vanish and did you agree to marry the other?"

[dragon_dealer]

"No one would tell me why Mordred was dead. I mean, I didn't press it, but no one paid me much mind, since I wasn't family. Gaheris vanished, I suspect, because his bitch of a mother arrived to undo all the good he'd been done by his cousin. And Percy..." She selects a rock, and straightens back up. "He asked me to."
