Today I went to the theatre and a little plot bunny hopped across the stage. I’ve wanted to write H/D Goes To The Theatre for some time, but the plot never seemed to work until now. What follows might be considered a songfic (whatever that means) and uses jamie2109’s AWDT prompt ”It’s a beautiful feeling". Unfortunately it is way over the 500 word limit but ( Read more... )

*grins* I've wanted to do this for ages and, of course, it had to be Draco who takes control.

*Sniggers* I love Footloose the movie, but the "Holding out for a Hero" on the stage was great with a lineup of pretty boys in costume strutting their stuff. I'm sure both Harry and Draco appreciated it as well.

Everytime I go, I glance up at the boxes and wonder just how private they are. *smirks back*

Not terribly, at least in the theatres i've been to, but they could be--depending on how the lighting trusses are set up

Draco turned slightly, just enough to be able to lick and kiss quickly at Harry’s lips, letting his lover taste of himself before sliding back into his seat as if nothing had happened.

Sexy sexy. I do so like the boys. *sigh*

Okay, so is it sad that I never knew that those songs were from Footloose? I definitely need to go rent that! That was very hot, and actually kind of fluffy- I can just picture Harry at the theatre, totally overjoyed to be there, and I can see Draco watching him as well. In my head, Harry's got the same look on his face that Dan Radcliffe does when he says, "I love magic!" in GoF. So cute. ♥

I'd forgotten they were both used in the film and they were both staged really well. This probably on my list of favourite films.

I'm glad you thought it was still a bit fluffy, I wanted to give the impression that Harry still gets excited about things and Draco enjoys seeing that excitement. Oh, and yes, that expression from the "I love magic" quote is just about perfect. Thanks.
