Today is iridescent_ink's birthday. I had hoped to have something else finished to celebrate the occasion, but instead here is another drabble. As it's her birthday, it's 300 words ... or a Triple!Drabble *grins*.

Not sure if it's really got any HBP soilers, but just in case...

I was wondering how to end it and then thought about that handshake which is so much of H/D fandom.

What a lovely birthday story for iridescent_ink, so full of hope and well done to Draco, I'm glad to see his Malfoy pride didn't get the better of him. If only it could end like this in book 7.

Well, there is still a little part of me who hopes Draco will step away from the Path of Doom. He can still do that without losing his Malfoy pride.
