I've spent over five-hundred-hours playing Dragon Age: Origins, it's DLC and Expansions, and I'm still playing now. 500+ hours is a respectable amount of time to spend playing a single video game, money well spent I think. There is just one tiny little thing ... I've been playing the game on the Xbox 360.
Yes, yes I know. Origins on the PC is a far better version of the game, more flexibility, more options, custom made mods. But I didn't have a computer that could run DAO, what I did have was a 360 and the need to play this game - a lot. That all changed a few weeks ago when I acquired a Surface Pro 2. I read somewhere that the Pro 2 would run DAO, so I acquired a PC version of the game and turns out it will!
So now I can play Dragon Age Origins on the PC. Awesome right? Well ... there is a slight problem. This problem is that 500+ hours I mentioned. That's a long time to get set into your ways and get used to things, and because of that when I turn on DAO PC, I don't recognise the game.

It's a very different beast, so yeah. Is there anyone else out there made the transitions from console to PC that give me a few tips on how to ease the way? Hell anyone got any tips in general for playing on the PC, because I'm so not used to using keyboard/mouse in general? Any mods I should really be looking at? Favourite type of mead? Particular brand of boot your really like? Hello?
