Politics, Who Needs Em?
All in all, I really have to say I am not impressed with the Republican or Democrat candidate this election. Then again, I wasn't impressed last time either and voted Democrat anyway. Cause it seemed like the right thing to do. After all, they're the "liberal" party aren't they? Well, not in this case they ain't.
Obama doesn't seem to want to give any solid answers in issues that matter to me, such as more rights for gays and lesbians, new ideas to help the economy, and the rising costs of college and owning a house. Everyone (except celebrities and multi-billionaire business owners) is struggling to make ends meet and it doesn't seem like anything is being solved. I dunno, maybe it's just me, but I seriously think we need to get someone liberal and progressive in the Presidential seat that's, ya know, ACTUALLY liberal and progressive. Seriously. It's something to think about.
