I'm Almost Outta Hot Pockets. Damn.
Well today actually went a lot better than I thought.
First, work drama.
I went in today to talk to my DoN about the rumors I'd heard about me possibly getting the axe. I also brought in my paperwork from the ER doctor to plead my case. Turned out, DoN had no idea what had happened on Sunday and even gave me paperwork so I can possibly avoid another mark on my absence record. So I'll get that done and in ASAP. When I mentioned the rumors, she assured me that she hadn't talked about that at all this week and even laughed, calling that rumor ridiculous. Since she's never lied to me yet, I'm going to take her at face value for it. So either someone is starting some shit and is out to get me, or the person who told me is paying me back for not wanting to get an apartment with her.
Second, pizza place.
Went in and turned in my schedule for the next month to Craig. He said he may have work for me on Tuesday but he won't know until then. That's okay. It's work and I need the extra moolah since I'm saving up for con on October 28th-November 2nd. I'm already missing work so...yeah. Hehe, money will be tight for a bit after that.
I also found out today that I won the role of Sailor Neptune in a Sailor Moon fandub project. They're going to be making an original movie using clips from the five seasons of the show. Also, they're going to use masking, new music, and different voice actors to make it into something original. I've seen the masking done on it and I have to say, if I didn't know any better, I'd be fooled. I'm really excited about that and can't wait to get started on the project.
Screw the neighbors, I pay rent here too and if I wanna shout out "Neptune Planet Power" a bajillion times then that's my perogative! But on that happy note, I'm headed for bed. Gotta work tomorrow at both jobs, how fun is that? Thank the Goddess my period's over with.
