Endangered Species Morganus Graceus

Still not moved out of the dorms yet. May not return for a little while to the process, though.

Tonight I was driving back home. Good song was on, so I decided not to turn into my neighborhood but keep driving. It was a little after 2 a.m.. I went over a backroad by my house, that goes through a dark little area, and past a fire-station type building, before emerging on a steep road onto McFarland Blvd. I drove through the dark part and was going to turn around by the station-thingy, when I saw headlights behind me. Now this is definitely a road that no one would ever need to use for any reason, especially at 2 a.m.. So I kept going, turning right onto McFarland. He followed, getting closer. He drove a ghetto hoop-dee, a kind of old Bel Aire or something from the sixties. Torn and worn. Black or dark brown. I kept on McFarland. I wondered if he was following me. I would have turned at the next exit if it was nothing, but I wasn't sure about the car. So I turned on my turn signal - way, way before the turn, before he could probably see it. He turned it on right after. We drove a while. We came to the turn. I got into the turn lane, and he followed, close behind. And at the last minute, I veered out of the turn, saying "sucker!" under my breath. He turned and I laughed aloud with relief. When I looked back in a minute or two, I saw headlights way behind me, but it probably wasn't him.

When I got home I pulled into my driveway, then manuevered around my mom's car into the garage and shut it. Every light in the house is on now. MAN.

It's been about an hour. I think I'll go back soon. I need to get stuff out, and if I take my mom's car, he'd have to track two people, one night, to get me. MAN.
