(no subject)
Yesterday was the vacuum-hell day. The vacuum cleaner hose filled and jammed with carpet fluff so I had to totally dismantle it to get it out of the hoses. After that, I'd stop every 5 minutes and clean out more of the gunk. It's hard to believe there was that much just laying there in the carpet, waiting to be cleaned. I'm sure I didn't get it all, but the vacuum was also heating the rooms up to an uncomfortable degree, so I did the best I could.
As planned, I unhooked all the cables to my computer and moved stuff out of the way and into place for the movers to arrive today. They got here a bit after 10am and took about 4.5 hours to get everything into here. Most of it was a pain for them since they had to go right up the steps to put things in the bedrooms and spare 'office' room. Tons of boxes to go through later... for both my TV controller and one of the drawers for my computer desk. >.> Why it was boxed, I dunno.
Not much else going on today. I might pop into FFXI some to help some friends get subjob quest items and do AH stuff. Calcula won't be on until Friday, so no real rush to do much until then. Mostly I'll be playing SD Gundam G Generation Portable since that arrived yesterday. :)
