.:Shoe Project:. Questionnaire #1
This is not a meme, but it is a questionaire. I would really appreciate it if you listed your
answers to as many as possible as a comment here or by emailing me (shoes at dragancaor dot net), & please use the title of this post as your subject line if you email.. Yes you have probably seen it before if you follow me on livejournal, & if you are one of the wonderful people who have already taken part in this questionnaire, thank you & you don’t need to do it again. Unless you want to due to changing your collection or your viewpoint over the past two years.
You are more than welcome to comment anonymously, though it would help greatly if you tell me where in the world you are. For example; South Australia, Minnesota, Ireland. Your age would greatly help too, even if its just an age bracket & isn’t exact (5-12, 13-17, 18-21, 22-30, 31-50, 50-70). Also, please let me know if you are male or female.
The Questions!
1. What drives your shoe purchase? Necessity or Accessory? Comfort, Colour, or Style?
2. Do you buy a pair of shoes to match one particular outfit, their ability to suit many?
3. Have you bought a pair of shoes purely for the shoe & needed to later create the outfit?
4. What catches your eye?
5. Do you see the store & stop to browse, or do you just walk past & get distracted by that “must look.”
6. What are your most expensive pair of shoes? How much were they?
7. What is the most you’d be willing to pay for a pair of shoes?
8. What are your cheapest? How much were they, & were they on sale?
9. What are the pair that were the best value for money? Why?
10. Do you regret buying any of your shoes? Why?
11. What are your favourite shoes? Why?
12. Do you keep them in their boxes, line them up or toss them into a corner?
13. Have you ever dreamt about your shoes?
14. Has there ever been a pair that “got away”?
15. Have you given any a special name?
16. What style do you have the most of?
17. What colour do you have the most of?
18. What is your worst experience in &/or because of a pair of shoes (old & new)?
19. What is the best thing that has happened to you because of a pair of shoes?
20. Has someone purposefully harmed a pair of your shoes? What did they do? What did you do?
21. What would you do if someone came up to you, winked & said, “Nice shoes. Want to f-k?” ?
22. Anything else you’d like to add?
