Dear Political Reporter:
You dear sir should have known better then to approach the first dog with your hand coming towards his head. YOU should be the one to apologize to Barney - it was not his fault - it was YOURS! Maybe the next time you go to approach a dog you will A) ASK FIRST and B) Offer your hand so they can sniff it, THEN proceed to pet them UNDER the chin.
You deserved what you got - and the White House does not owe you an apology for your own incompetence.
