um, remember me? this is hales reporting back, finally returning from my hiatus of doom. it's been a long and arduous hiatus and i apologize for disappearing like i did (being sick around the holidays sucks). but i'm back! and that means transmutates and arrests are coming back too.
i see we have lots of new people, so i'm super excited to get back to playing with everyone! 8'D
