Okay. Situation.
University regulations mean that I can't keep my job programming at the IMU any longer - I might not even be getting anything for the pay period which would have paid me on Tuesday, as the HRIS site usually has paycheck information up the Friday before and at the moment shows nothing. I had to take out a cash advance for a whopping $500 from one of my credit cards to pay our ex-landlady for cat-related damages to the previous place, and I still have debt on my other card left over from Clarion tuition and such. My work at Gamers is only giving me 12-18 hours a week, and web development jobs are, by and large, clustered in places I don't live, which leaves me doing along-distance job hunt (which are more difficult and complicated than face-to-face ones) or attempting a move I don't have anything like the money for. I'm still a bit concerned about making rent at the end of this month.
To top it all off, I'm going in to the college of dentistry today for an emergency root canal, which adds one more big expense to my plate.
Life, it's charming that you decided to fall apart all at once, but I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do to deal with you now...
