Okay. Man robs bank disguised as tree. Now, the fact that the police were cracking puns and that the man lives in Manchester (granted, it's the Manchester in New Hampshire and not the proper one across the pond) makes me think that someone desperately, desperately needs to write this as a Life on Mars shortfic.
