On no topic whatsoever, I checked the weather forecast for today (as I will venture briefly outside to go to a doctor's appointment), and the ad on the side was a big animated thing for "A Perfect Day," which is apparently a Hallmark (or something) movie starng Rob Lowe--better known, by me, at least, as Sam Seaborne from The West Wing. Except the ad is mostly him standing there and looking pretty, which makes me twitch a bit. I'm just kinda "Sam, no! Stop trying to be a prettyboy! I mean... you're already a prettyboy, but stop trying to be a prettyboy!"
I think transnomad desperately needs to get that Stargate: SG-1/The West Wing crossover written, except that I'm kinda afraid at one point Sam and Sam will get stuck in an elevator together and the concentration of sheer pretty will make the base explode into flowers or something. And then they'll lose the will to fight and the Goa'uld will invade.
