Yesterday was a dreadful horrible embarrassing curse day. Any of my actions or words were NOT meant. I'm sorry to anyone I encountered.
Onto business! In order to improve our emergency reaction time, the police headquarters is moving from the lake prison to the inner City structure. Naturally the former facility will still be in working order and an asset to the force. I hope that those who have the opportunity to see the difference do so in a friendly situation.

I have considered the move carefully. Those that wish to remain at the lake office is free to do so. I don't think it would be wise for all of us to move. Under no means is this to be interpreted as a division of our ranks. We shall continue to work together and maintain contact.
With this move I feel that this is an excellent opportunity to better establish what it is that we do. In a few days time I will be calling a meeting. I'd like us all to be present as they are able.
