Proof That They Aren't From Around Here
I'm watching a show on what would happen if Dallas was hit by a "super tornado." They are interspersing it with dramatized scenes of a family dealing with events. The mom shows up to pick up her kid from a cub scout meeting that was cancelled. When she shows up stuff starts falling from the sky (including a church steeple). She just drives off. Nobody who has been here for any length of time and has a brain would do that. She would have been heading inside and seeking shelter. I really hate it when they make the people in these shows out to be complete morons.
