Wow! What an original take on werewolf lore. I just loved all the history about the lycans as another kind of werewolf creature. It's amazing how hidden in between the lines of this story of Harry finally admitted to Draco that he is his mate, you told this backstory of another war after Voldemort was defeated, a war between werewolves and humans. I admit I would have loved to read more of that story and the events from Tiresia's prophecy, too. The bits we get through Harry and Draco's perspective are just brilliant. As is the way Harry slowly comes around to relieving Draco from his mounting anxiety and restlessness. Such a unique twist to not have Draco pine away and die because he cannot find his mate but still show the emotional suffering he goes through. Harry and Draco's slow romance is very sweet, great UST, too. And I am quite taken with Draco's lycan pack - you have an awesome cast of original characters. :) To have Draco's pack live in Malfoy Manor and on the Malfoy grounds is simply genius. Loved the pack cuddling on the bed, too. :) All around, such a fascinating and original take on the werewolf trope.

Thank you!

I actually wanted to include more from Draco's awakening but I got really carried away with it and it was more plausible to start after the war had happened. I'm really glad you enjoyed the OCs. They were absolutely fun to write. And the bed, of course I had to make them doggy pile Draco at some point. It felt like a crime not to. Anyway, I'm really happy you enjoyed it.
