The dracotops_harry Fest is an anonymous, prompt-based slash fest. It is a fest exclusively for Drarry, thus all stories and art must have Draco/Harry as the primary romantic or erotic pairing. Pre-slash should be marked clearly in the header information

I almost mailed you to let you know we are doing this little experiment. :) There will be a post today about how doing a podfic for the DTH Fest will work.

But no, the stories chosen for podficcing do not have to match a prompt. They only have to be H/D and top!Draco. We will ask for story suggestions in prompting.

There is a reason why this comm is called dracotops_harry. There are many switching fics that I love, but not here. :)

It's an experiment to see if podfics could be included as an option in other fests, as well. I'd love for that to happen. *iz in love with podfics* And I may record one myself for the DTH Fest. :)

I'm a bit unclear on the art rules. Is the artist supposed to work with the writer who picked the prompt? Or dose the artist just take the prompt and go with their own idea. It is kind of hard to tell the whole story that is part of most of the prompts in a piece of art, but I'd think I could figure something out.

No, artist and writer who claim the same prompt, create their submission entirely independently from each other. The writers writes their story for the prompt, the artist creates their art.

You can let the prompt inspire you whatever which way is suitable to the image that it sparked for you. Don't make yourself stick to closely to a prompt if it hinders your creatitity. :)
