Zenkaikon Shmenkaikon...
So I am getting my money for my trips in November in today and this weekend. There is a group of people for Zenkaikon going as Persona 3 or 4 characters, and I have NO IDEA what the hell Persona is. I've been looking for cosplay ideas for the longest time, and a few of my ideas are under the cut:
Yakushiji Tenzen (Heart Under Blade)
This look is a little more feminine and lovely than the Basilisk version of Tenzen, and I think it's amazing. The only problem I have with this cosplay is that he looks a bit like Lisa's favorite white-haired prettyboy in HuD and I'm afraid of confusion. Also, he looks significantly more asian than I ever will.
Tygra (Thundercats)
This was suggested by one of my friends who noticed that my hair looks quite a bit like his without all the stripeys and everything. I would do this but it would be a tough and arduous process, not to mention rather expensive. Also, wearing a ton of makeup is not very fun at all. I'll do it eventually though...as long as my hair looks like a spiky fluffball.
Saddler (Resident Evil 4)
What I was planning for this Halloween if I could find a dark purple robe to embellish. I know that I'm a little short and very young-looking for this cosplay, but I think with the right amount of makeup I could still do it. Besides...TAIL! Idk if Zenkaikon is really video game oriented though...
RED Soldier (Team Fortress 2)
I have wanted to do this cosplay ever since I first saw the character. The only problem would be finding all the stuff for it, and that my voice would probably die after a whole day of impersonating him. Also, idk if Zenkaikon is video game oriented...let alone AMERICAN video game oriented. Damn Japanese.
