pondering and needing help
I haven't been very good about writing in my LJ. I've read a lot of great fics the past couple of weeks. All of you out there are really just honing those writing skills. It is few and far between that I land upon a so-so story. I've got some fics of my own but am not sure I am just quite ready to put them out there. I dont' feel they are up to standard.
I've been trying to figure out how to edit my page and edit my mood pictures. I downloaded a really wonderful set of mood pictures that
justagirl15 created with shots from Hex, that I desperately want to use, but I cannot figure out how to load them onto my lj for use. It is so frustrating! Can anyone help me out?
I've been thinking about two fics I read a long time ago. You all are so good at finding stories that perhaps you can help me out. I'm looking for a story that I think was really one of the first few fics that I ever read. It is based on the song I Write Sins Not Tragedies by Panic! At the Disco. I read this story months and months ago before the song was released. I laughed my ass off. It was a DHr story where Hermione is supposed to marry Ron but neither of them wants to get married. Ron is in love with Harry I think and Draco shows up at the wedding. Guests are talking about some "affair she had with the Malfoy chap." The author used the song lyrics in the story. It was actually very well written.
The second story was one where Draco and Hermione have a school project where they have a baby and they name her Ick. I found it a really humourous story and I thought I'd memoried it but alas it is not there. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
