Stuff I've been reading.

A couple of people have recently friended me, and you have inspired me to update after a year+ of not doing so. Thanks, and I hope you enjoy reading these as much as I did.

mistful updated Drop Dead Gorgeous, and it's amazing, as always. I <3 Auror!Veela!Harry. H/D

I am loving fourth_rose and all of her works, but her latest WIP, Not in the Hands of Boys, is compelling stuff. Directly post-DH, Harry returns to Hogwart's to take his 7th year. H/D

Right after DH, this really great Gran-centric fic appeared that I have to share. kerrymdb wrote Your Father's Son. genfic

hd_holidays is one of my favorite fic fests (and it's starting up again soon!!!) for a reason. rurounihime wrote The Business of Saving Souls. H/D

In the same fest, coffeejunkii wrote Chasing Ghosts, about the rough spots in real relationships. H/D

wildestranger wrote the engrossing 7 part novel, Adventures in High Life. H/D

silentauror wrote War Wounds. It's long and brilliant. Just trust me. H/D

If you're a Snarry fan, did you read most/all of the fics archived in Snarry Games 2007? You should have.

I love serpentinelion for its amazing collection of gifted writers and well written fic, and this one has sheep! And not in a sketch way! coffeejunkii wrote There's Always One More Sheep Around the Corner, or A Week in Cumbria. H/D

*jumps up and down* If you read nothing else, take a chance on skoosiepants' fabulous AU (with many, many pairings) dirtytrousers. LOVE.

ficrecs_ftw has been posting some pretty good stuff lately. I really liked snottygrrl's The Apprentice and Where Draco is a Statue, by simmyschtuff. H/D

I'm sure you've seen it rec'd before, but if not, read crawfords_lover's Earthbound Spook right now! H/D

Um. Don't laugh, but there's this Neville/Percy fic... no, really! girl_tarte wrote Faint Indirections. It's amazing, I promise!!! Money back guarantee!

Harry draws Snape's portrait in sansa1970's Life in Kind, which is spectacular. Snarry

I'm running out of adjectives and adverbs to describe fic, but this one deserves a really good descriptor. Read Welcome to the Broom Closet, by janicechess. H/D
