Amelie Mauresmo lost in the 1/4 finals to Elena Dementieva. That's depressing. I was hoping she'd win on her home turf. Well, life here is ok. It's actually better than I thought it would be. I still hate most everybody higher in rank than me. And I've decided that I'm going to try and join the Air Force. Even though they have 16,000 too many people. But since Security Forces (fancy term for Military Police) is short handed, I might be able to. Cross your fingers please. It's not that there's anything wrong with the Army, but they just do things so stupidly, and the majority of soldiers are too proud to admit when something can be done easier just because it has to be done "The Army Way." I'd rather join the Air Force. I know more about them anyway. That's all I learned about in H.S. But the AF recruiter was never around. Oh well. I've learned my lesson. Well, have fun everybody.
