Rambling Rules of Conduct

I have been wondering lately what the rules are?  By which I mean this very forum; this facebook (LiveJournal, Myspace,Blogs,)  thing re-establishes the most minute (and  in a lot of cases, non-existent) connections between co-workers, friends, college drinking buddies  and even the people we found solace with in high school.  And yet, before

I don't think that there are answers, but the getting the questions out-loud and out there, may, at least, get people to think about this sort of thing. Or admit that they do.

These are all the reasons I have a love/hate relationship with electronic social networking- expounded in beautiful fashion. Bravo for getting it written and out there.
