Day 5 of Drudgery
I did DB. I did some process flowchart thingum. I went out for lunch with my co-workers, I went back and did editing. When I left they were scurrying around to prep for some press conference tomorrow. I shall report at 8am tomorrow.
Eavesdropping reveals that juniors have once more been cheated out of a good deal, so... HMMM.
(Oh god I hope I don't get into trouble for just revealing that.)
Some guy on a motorbike got swiped by a lorry while we walked to lunch. O_O In front of our eyes. Luckily he escaped pretty much unhurt, but just thinking of it... *shudders* Okay, the 'rents win, Drac ain't gonna ride a bike when she's old enough to drive. (Anyway, there's air-con in cars. ^_^)

I have decided which camera I want.
Behold, the panasonic lumix DMC FX9. In silver. And I shall call it Leika-chan, and it shall be my squishy, and we will have lots of subversive fun together.
I have conned the parents into buying it for me, yay. ^_^V As a X'mas present. (<- That is, btw, the only good point about X'mas commercialism.)
Am right now surviving with the old Nikon, which had terrible colours and is as prone to the shakes as mein lieb the Ixus. Ix-chan is in the shop, which can't figure out what's wrong with it. I used to get error messages of "memory card error"... Maybe Ix-chan got old enough to get Alzheimer's. XD

If anyone knows of a magazine archive in singapore besides the Nat Lib (which does not have one) and the SPH newshouse (which only has newspapers, and anyway charges $20 per hour) please give me an sms. (<- Needs an excuse to pon work in the name of research.)
